Vintage 1985
Grape blend : 60% cabernet sauvignon - 40% merlot.
The wheater : A very severe winter caused as much as 15% damage in the vines of the lower levels of the vineyard. From then on the spring appeared to be normal and the flowering occured begining june. Summer was reasonably hot and dry with a few showers. September equally. The vintage begun early october in very good conditions and showed excellent quality.

The wine : Good colour. A little development now. Getting soft. An ample wine with nice round ripe fruit. Plump, attractive, medium-full. Most enjoyable. Ready to drink but should hold.
